Our state-of-the-art DIP TANK MANAGER™ automatically manages the solids percentage and fluid levels in your dip tank in concert with our MASTER MIX STATION™ or our ready-to-use line of pre-hydrated OVERCOAT products.

MASTER MIX STATION™ provides a centralized, fail-safe hydration system for the OVERCOAT™ line of slab dips. Dip tank management across multiple production lines is then handled by our DIP TANK MANAGER™ which automatically manages the solids percentage and fluid levels in your dip tanks.
